4、 Load the furnace. The reaction material, heat preservation material and furnace core material shall be filled into the furnace according to the type, position and size of the furnace charge, and the side wall of the smelting furnace with the function of heat preservation and material filling shall be built.
 
5、 Power transmission smelting silicon carbide. After the furnace is connected with the transformer, power can be transmitted. After 15 minutes of power transmission, open fire was used to ignite Co, and the smelting process lasted 170 hours.
 
6、 Cool down. After the furnace is shut down, the furnace is cooled naturally, and then the furnace is raked (unloading furnace wall and scraping out of material) to continue the natural cooling.
 
7、 Discharge classification. Discharge classification is the process of taking crystal block and graphite from furnace and separating primary product, secondary product and graphite.
