Heated & Ceramic Coated White Fused Alumina – HCC-WFA

Product Introduction      

        HCC-WFA is ceramic coated with ferric oxide on the surface by a specific processing. It is made from high quality white fused alumina which is calcined at high temperature through intensive deep processing. The product features are a large specific surface area, stronger hydrophilicity, even particle size, higher purity, stronger binding power, cutting efficiency and good heat dispersion performance. It’s main performance indexes are as following: compared with normal BFA and HCC-BFA, the micro-hardness increases 10%, toughness increased 10%, hydrophilicity increases 3.5 times, grinding & cutting quantity increases 3% and efficiency increased 30%-50%. It is suitable to make the tope grade cutting wheels and grinding wheels.
