Product Introduction      

        BCA (Blue Ceramic Abrasive) is produced by Sol-gel method.

        Specific Gravity (g/cm3): ＞3.91.
        Crystal Size (μm): ＜2.
        Hardness (Hv): 2000-2200.
        Al₂O₃: 96.10%
        NaO: 0.05%
        Toughness: 69% (F60 test date)

Main Application

        The BCA grains (SG grains) with very sharp, good self-sharpening, high hardness, good toughness performance are usually used for the heavy grinding, heavy belt grinding and special grinding field.
 

Packing: by 25kgs woven bag or craft paper bag or according to customers’ request.
