2、 Color. Black silicon carbide is black or blue black, green silicon carbide is green or blue green. The mechanical properties of black and green silicon carbide are slightly different. It is generally believed that the two are harder and more brittle than green silicon carbide.

 

3、 The manufacturing process of green silicon carbide is different from that of black silicon carbide
