Some physical and chemical indexes of black silicon carbide should meet the relevant requirements before the quality is qualified. During the test, the sample shall be prepared and the test record shall be made.
 
get ready:
 
1、 Block abrasive
 
Use a hammer to crush the black silicon carbide crystal block on the steel plate to a diameter of less than 2mm, and then use the quartering method to reduce it to 50-60g, then use the steel grinding bowl to crush until all pass through the No. 46 sieve, suck out the iron brought in during crushing with a magnetic force of 10-15n, then put it into the sample bag, dry it in the oven at 105-110 ℃ for 1h, take it out and put it into the dryer for cooling.
 
2、 Granular sample
 
50-60g black silicon carbide sample is taken by quartering method and put into the sample bag. It is dried in an oven at 105-110 ℃ for 1 h. then it is taken out and put into a dryer for cooling.
 
The sample used for the determination of total carbon should be crushed until it passes through No. 100 sieve.
 
Inspection steps:
 
1、 Sampling preparation, sealing bag and sampling instrument.
 
2、 Check the quality control production record, record the product name, batch, quantity and model.
 
3、 More than 5 small samples per ton shall be taken for stratified and differential sampling.
 
4、 Each black silicon carbide sample was mixed evenly, and the mixture was evenly divided into 4 times by 4 equal division method.
 
5、 Weigh out the weight required for inspection.
 
6、 Ultrasonic dispersion, 2 g of micro powder was added into 30 ml electrolyte, and dispersed for 3 min.
 
7、 Sampling, take the suspended material in the middle of the ultrasonic dispersion bottle, do not slant up or down.
 
8、 Kurt analysis showed that 15000-20000 particles were counted accurately.
 
9、 Complete the report.
